[Importance of Cosmic Angel Aaea and Goddess Pleroma on our Ascension Journey – A Personal Reflection on the Aaea Activation and New Year Timeline Meditation]

It is my most sincere pleasure to share with everyone my humble experience with this pioneering Meditation of Aaea Activation and New Year's Timeline Visualization by Mea Maa, in deep gratitude to Mea Maa and every loving soul who have anchored these transcending cosmic energies together during the 7 days.

Personally, it is the most powerful meditation I have ever participated in Sisterhood of the Rose throughout the years, because this beautiful meditation has brought together the Galactic support from the Galactic Goddess Pleroma, and Cosmic support from the Cosmic angelic being Aaea all the way from M87 Galaxy recently, in which M87 Galaxy is known as the beacon of cosmic love to our galaxy from the Cosmic Central Sun.

Through the connection with the cosmic angelic healing energies and presence of Aaea, this meditation also connects us with the loving, healing, forgiving energies of angelic beings that have recently progressed to the surface of the planet on etheric, astral, and mental planes from the near space orbit, which is very important, as this high frequency healing energies from angelic beings is indeed specialized in healing traumas from all anomaly according to Cobra ('12:21 Ascension Portal Activation Report' on The Portal Blog on Friday, August 22, 2025 https://2012portal.blogspot.com/2025/08/1221-ascension-portal-activation-report.html).

This means, as we consciously invoke, connect, anchor and integrate with the loving and healing energies of angelic beings including Aaea, it can speed up the healing of our etheric, astral and mental bodies, to enable us to anchor and radiate Light and Love on these three layers of our lightbody, which are in fact often wounded with accumulated traumas from current and past lifetimes given our unique and sacred path here on Earth as lightworkers, light warriors, starseeds, healers, priests and priestesses of the Light and Goddess.

The difference and contrast before and after doing this meditation in terms of the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects are significant, mind-blowing, and has a very long-lasting positive impact, and is permanent in my personal observation and reflection so far. Once the connection and energies with the Cosmic angel Aaea is established with the support of Goddess Pleroma during the meditation, the angelic healing and cleansing energies continued to flow through within me even after the meditation, continuing with the days after, which is incredible. This is because Aaea's cosmic pink and purple angelic body of love and light has now fully embraced our entire solar system with diameter of up to 1 light year, meaning we are all inside Aaea's body now, so if we could consciously invoke and breathe in Aaea's cosmic unconditional angelic love into our presence, it would really trigger a powerful and deep cleansing chain of healing progress and compression breakthrough of light, and the results could be extraordinary, and we could really work with Aaea to heal wounds that once we felt powerless with and inability to heal; this meditation could be one of the most effective and efficient solution to all anomalies we experienced, and I will continue elaborating why in deep joy, gratitude to Angel Aaea and Goddess Pleroma.

I still remember clearly the deep touching, teary emotions and intense cleansing received when connecting with Aaea's loving energies and presence. The huge amount of cosmic unconditional love I perceived was way beyond my possible and limited imagination as a human being on Earth.

As the powerfully loving unconditional healing cosmic love and light of Aaea entered and flew through me from my head during the meditation, physically I felt this energy circulating my body like a gentle and warm pulsing massage, elevating both my internal and external perception. The sensations around my chest, between my heart and throat began to change, getting warmer with energies activated and circulating, and I felt energies exiting my back with warmth, strengthening and expanding my auric field. I felt the unconditional loving energy embracing my whole body as if I was encompassed by the huge angel wings of Aaea, and this same sensation was experienced by other participants as well during our focused group meditation sessions doing this Aaea activation meditation together.

On the emotional and mental aspect, I felt a deep sense of self-love, self-forgiveness, self-reconciliation, with the collective energies of galactic and cosmic unconditional love from Goddess Pleroma and Cosmic angel Aaea. I could feel the tiny subtle internal conflicts caused by pain and sufferings from the delusion of 'lack of love' and 'separation of love' caused by past traumas, are finally beginning to de-escalate and fade, which changed my breathing to deep and slow breathing cycles; the unconscious tensions around my heart and chest are releasing, also easing tensions within my abdomen, allowing my whole body and emotional state to relax in self-love, knowing that I am always loved by the whole creation despite of all circumstances. The cosmic unconditional love is already here, we just have to tune in to receive, and surrender the ego to integrate such cosmic love inwards, and miracles will occur, it is liberation. Joy, love, harmony, and vitality are our true nature as we are all beings of light, healing our emotional aspects with Aaea and Pleroma could really have profound changes.

Mentally, the constant unrest of thoughts caused by defence mechanism overloads and trauma attachments due to fears caused by accumulated PTSD from current and past lifetimes on a very subtle level, can finally rest with such pattern to be released. The horizon of my soul vision has elevated, and I no longer entangle and attach to past patterns. I continued to experience sovereignty reclaiming, beginning to perceive, think, and see from wider angles of consciousness that were not possible before due to the wounds on my incarnated personality, allowing my personality to integrate expanded presence and energies from my I AM presence. I become more embracing, more willing to listen and accept opinions from different angles, no longer stagnant and holding onto stubborn and limiting thought patterns and cognitive routes. My overall state of mind has greatly improved with more self-trust, confidence, resilience, inner-strength, and devotional determination to the light.

Internally, I felt embraced, loved, nurtured, protected and I felt Aaea's angelic energy was interfacing directly with the angelic presence of my I AM presence. During the connection, I saw that my higher self was a bright crystal in white colour, and this crystal has a cord of bright white light connecting to the angelic realm, and we are indeed one with angels, archangels, seraphim and they are already here to help us unconditionally (Note: While writing this article, I researched and found that cobra mentioned that 'Our I AM presence would form a lightbody on our physical body, also known as Diamond body. The energetic field created by I AM presence would form a diamond-shaped lightbody'; 'Taipei Ascension Conference' by Cobra on March, 11, 2017 https://peterpansblog.com/2017/04/06/personal-notes-from-cobras-ascension-conference-in-taipei-march-11th-12th/). This means the internal vision I received during the meditation was not my higher self but my I AM presence.

I felt that I was a wounded angel here on Earth, beginning to aware and realize that my angelic inner child has gone through so much throughout my mission of spreading love and light here, and I began to feel the release of intense emotions that has long been suppressed in the subconscious which I have never come into conscious realization in my current lifetime, and I believe these are the accumulated emotions from wounds and traumas throughout past reincarnations here on Earth, the final battlefield between the Light and dark in the galaxy.

I experienced deep cleansing, also realizing that I have been trying hard, maintaining and radiating my purity of light and love, and it's okay if the outcome does not meet the expectations, because what matters the most is love. A lot has been let go and I feel so much lighter, never been this close to my I AM presence with the powerful cleansing, which is also experienced by other participants in the group meditation sessions. (Note: In my humble opinion, I think the I AM presence meditation leans towards helping us connecting with it, whereas this cosmic angelic unconditional love from Aaea focuses on healing all the anomalies that hinders our embodiment of our I AM Presence.)

Externally, I felt more courageous, fearless, more grounded with improved personal boundary externally within the matrix surface Earth population, feeling less likely to be affected, and can finally ground more of my I AM presence onto the physical plane. There has been paradigm shifts as well, repositioning how I view about the matrix life, from lack of interest to proactiveness, viewing matrix life as a tool to fulfill my soul mission here on Earth, gaining more strength, energy, vitality and self-dependability, with increased satisfactory sensation of self-actualization.

Energetically unique in contrast to Galactic Goddess Pleroma's warm and healing Goddess love which inspires our Divine Feminine aspects of our I AM presence, our goddess presence and goddess archetype, I found that Cosmic Angel Aaea's healing angelic love has exceptionally powerful cleansing and healing characteristics, particularly for our healing and integration,

between the human-level love from our incarnated soul-personality - which is our heart charka that focuses on personal emotions, relationship, traumas;

and the unconditional higher-self love from our I AM presence which connects us with higher dimensions and angelic realms - which is our Thymus/ Upper Heart charka that focuses on divine love, compassion and stability.

This is astonishing, because during my observation, reflection, exploration and research, I discovered that the Thymus/ Upper Heart Charka is in fact the transitional bridge from the human emotional heart to the cosmic unconditional heart, it is the conversion point from personality love to unconditional love. Rather than perceiving emotions, Thymus/ Upper Heart Charka focuses on balancing, harmonizing, translating and stabilizing the energies of higher dimensional love. It enables us to perceive higher dimensional love on a human-personality level and not let the higher dimensional energies overload our human emotional and nervous systems.

If our Thymus/ Upper Heart Charka is not healed, full of wounds, imbalances and blockages, it will be difficult for us to fully embody the higher dimensional energies and love, we can still feel and connect it but unable to fully consolidate, integrate, radiate and embody it in all aspects externally. Such could create disconnection between spirituality and physicality; and prone to self-sacrifice, martyrdom or overextending oneself to rescue others.

This is groundbreaking, as if the Goddess love from Galactic Goddess Pleroma helps restoring our love and connection to the Goddess, healing our Inner and Divine Feminine aspects, and inspiring us to radiate our goddess love outwards; the Angelic love from Cosmic Angel Aaea helps healing us to enable us to stabilize deeper and integrate our human personality further with the divine unconditional love from higher dimensions - which is essential to our ascension process, since ascension means complete transmutation of our incarnated personality to truth according to Cobra ('Cobra Prepare for Change March 2017 Interview' https://prepareforchange.net/2017/04/02/cobra-prepare-for-change-march-2017-interview/).

Cobra also mentioned that we have to clear all the anomalies and blockages in our energetic field along our path to ascension.

As Cobra mentioned in 'Planetary Ascension Process' on July 17 2018 (https://prepareforchange.net/2018/07/17/cobra-update-planetary-ascension-process-17th-july-2018/) , 'the key to transmuting multidimensional body to lightbody, is the connection with higher self through heart charka, where the pure light of higher self is transmitted to the personality's lightbody through transmutation vortex, which further dissolves all shadow aspects of the personality including the physical, astral, mental bodies, and causal body that connects our higher self - and this cleansing process, is the fourth phase of spiritual initiation before ascension', I believe healing our thymus/ upper heart charka of our subtle body to further stabilize and integrate the higher dimensional love from angelic realm and our I AM presence, would really boost our process in lightbody cleansing and activation for our ascension process.

As such, during this meditation when we connect with Cosmic Angel Aaea through help of Galactic Goddess Pleroma, we can proactively ask them to help us align and realign our lightbodies according to our lightbody blueprint which stores the ideal arrangement and rhythm of all charkas; the optimal arrangement and flow of our energetic channels; and the optimal way for high dimensional frequencies and energies to safely enter into our body. Through constant alignment with our lightbody blueprint, our Central Vertical Nadis channel would be more stable, enabling all of our charkas to operate and function at the optimal rhythm according to our soul blueprint; and allowing our nervous system to function more effortlessly while performing energetic work of the Light and Goddess.

To conclude, consciously connecting, anchoring and integrating with the cosmic unconditional angelic healing love and energies from Cosmic Angel Aaea with support from Galactic Goddess Pleroma, as much as we could on a daily basis, breathing in their presence into our entirety throughout the day, would definitely be an important boost along our ascension journey.
