Sisterhood of the Rose Healing session conducted by Mea Maa on January 27th 2024

Today there was a Healing Meditation on Zoom call with Mea Maa of the Sisterhood of the Rose Live International Meditation Meetings.

The session was very healing for me.

Mea started meditation with relaxing and cleansing our bodies, our physical, emotional, mental and causal bodies, immersed in a pillar of white light. It was very relaxing, although at the beginning my energy was all over the place, Mea with her healing and calming voice managed to bring me to complete inner peace.  A certain heaviness left me, when we where shining white light into our mental body.

After that Mea brought an image of a golden pyramid with electric blue light that encompassed our body and our auric field. It was a symbol of protection above us.

I got in today's meditation gathering a message from Gaia Sophia, our planet Earth, when we connected with her.

She is encouraging us to connect often with her, especially when we are facing this severe weather, to go into the meditation, making the connection to the cosmic Goddess above and her, Gaia Sophia below us, breathing her presence into our heart for a few moments and breathing our heart to her, visualizing roots going from our legs down to her and her energy up through our body, thanking her for her support and nourishment, and then connecting with her elements and asking her for protection; visualizing her embracing…

On the 21 of January, we were gathering on a Zoom meeting for the meditation. Previously, I sensed the energetic influence of the New Moon. There was a strong cloud of negative energy that seemed to cover that influence. The last two weeks, after the new year celebration, were very challenging, like the new year would have to be infested with the old poison so that the power that is, can continue to rule. It was like a collective trauma had to be revived.
