Friday, March 8th is International Women's Day, a wonderful opportunity to celebrate with your local Sisterhood of the Rose group and unite in energetic intention, with the global movement of Sister Circles. The theme for this year’s International Women's Day is "Balance for Better.”

So let us come together on this day, connect with, and celebrate the Divine Feminine, creating a transformative event to bring Balance and empower all of us, women and men, on our journey to this new world we are co-creating.
Mercury has just gone retrograde in Pisces (on March 5th) and will be retrograde until the 28th.
So it is a powerful time for remembering and releasing the pain, the traumas, and wounds of the past. We can tap into the energies of people around the world celebrating women to shed the pains of the past, and HEAL the past. It is time to forgive, to reclaim, and to bring BALANCE into our world as we co-create a new future for ourselves and one another. This will be the next step on our journey to liberation: to our personal and collective freedom. As we FREE ourselves, we free our grandmothers, our mothers, our sisters, our daughters, and we also free our grandfathers, our fathers, our brothers, our sons.
So many of our wounds are so big, so deep, that they are challenging to heal alone.
On this day let us come together and empower our own and others’ intentions to heal on a global level.
International Women's Day is not country, group, or organization specific. It has been celebrated for more than 100 years and it belongs to all groups, everywhere, collectively. Whatever your intention is—imagine: on this day of ‘official’ awareness, it will be amplified within the hearts of thousands of women in over 85 countries. Millions of people around the world will be taking part in marches on the street. Around the world people will be celebrating women and women’s achievements in social, economic, cultural and political realms.
Let us join with one another in LOVE, raising Goddess energies, anchoring and helping them to flow even more powerfully throughout our beautiful planet.
At the bottom of this post are links to some of our favorite Goddess meditations that your group can choose to do.
Here are some more suggestions you may use as you meet in your circles:
* Name, honor and share who the women are ~~ who have inspired you in your life, so that others can be inspired by them too. These can be women from the past and from the present. Share how they have inspired you.
* Co-create a releasing ritual~~ where each member can, with support of the group, honor and release the pains and burdens that no longer need to be carried. Recognize one another for the courage to do this.
You can choose as a group how to do this, some may want to state what they now release out loud. Some may make a symbolic offering. Often writing it down or drawing it and then burning it can be powerful.
After the release, please do remember to raise up and gift one another with healing energy, love, appreciation, and respect.
*Brainstorm:
- How can you connect with and support other women in your community?
- Who will you invite to join the Sisterhood of the Rose?
- How can we assist our men to heal, to shed the programming of ages of patriarchy and become true allies?
- How can you (as a group) serve and help bring Balance to your community?
Positive connections in our local communities will greatly facilitate the very important work for the Sisterhood of the Rose as our world changes!
How can you and your circle use this opportunity to manifest the perfect balance of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energy across the globe?
